I’m Louis, Founder of Louis The Planner, where innovative design meets flawless execution. With a passion for creating aesthetic-driven events, I specialise in crafting high-end, trend-setting experiences that are both visually captivating and effortlessly stylish. Our events are always refined and luxurious, but never stuffy or pretentious. I blend bold, fashion-forward concepts with practicality and commercial insight to deliver seamless, memorable events that leave a lasting impression without compromising on approachability or fun.

I’ve always been creative, but my journey into events was anything but typical. It started in a florist shop, where I fell in love with transforming spaces. Before long, I was working on-site, turning venues into something extraordinary. Over the years, I’ve worked across the UK, collaborating with suppliers and mastering the art of seamless events.

Art and design have always been my thing. Studying Fashion Design and Business at art college, then Fashion Management at university, shaped my eye for aesthetics. After working in fashion in the Netherlands, I realised the 9-to-5 life wasn’t for me, I missed the buzz of live events. So, I dived headfirst into event planning, bringing bold, conceptual designs to life.

My fashion background fuels my work, every event is about style, storytelling, and impact. I’m constantly seeking inspiration, from the English countryside where I grew up global travels to global travels. Creating unforgettable experiences is what drives me, and honestly?
I love every second of it.
